§ 2-76. Enumeration.

(a)

The standing committees of the village board shall consist of the following:

(1)

Finance/personnel. The policy areas are licenses, permits and employee relations.

(2)

Public safety. The policy areas are police, fire, buildings and health and safety related concerns.

(3)

Public works/recycling/sewer. The policy areas are streets, sewers, water, recycling and lighting.

(4)

Quarry.

(5)

Legislative.

(6)

Parks and recreation/beautification.

(b)

In addition to the standing committees enumerated herein, committees may also include additional temporary, permanent or subcommittees as may be formed from time to time.
